Seared-Sea-Scallop-with-Champagne-Ge-lee,-EVO-Caviar

This year, spoil your dad with an array of sumptuous delicacies at Sands Macao. Honestly speaking, one of my personal favorite venues in town with or without my dad is the Copa Steakhouse. In order to treat fathers to something special, the award-winning restaurant will be offering a complimentary amuse of seared sea scallops with champagne gelee, EVO-Caviar on June 18-19. As Macao’s original traditional-style American steak house, Copa Steakhouse features an open kitchen allowing diners to watch the talented chefs at work preparing the restaurant’s signature dishes.
If your dad is a big eater and you feel that buffet is more appropriate, try the ever-popular 888 Buffet. For Father’s Day this year, it will be offering 2 free appetizing items for every guest on June 18-19. Diners can choose two of the five special items, including delicacies such as pan fried foie gras with wild berry vinaigrette, wok fried king prawns with supreme soya sauce, steamed sea scallops with chili and preserved black bean sauce, double boiled sea whelk and silky chicken with Chinese herbs, and teriyaki glazed cod fish. This popular spot brings the famous Las Vegas buffet concept to Macao, which blends Chinese and South East Asian cuisine by offering Macanese, Japanese, Thai and Chinese favorites.
