Experience a weekend like no other as the highly-anticipated “hush! Beach Concerts x Yo~ga Wellfest 2024” returns to the Hac Sa Beach. Mark your calendars for the second weekend of November for two unforgettable days filled with the perfect blend of pop music, invigorating yoga and fitness sessions that will leave you revitalized and inspired.

Over 30 celebrated yoga and fitness instructors from across Asia will converge at the “Yo~ga Wellfest 2024” to offer a diverse range of training sessions along Macau’s longest beach coastline. Among the stellar instructors of this year’s lineup are Coffee Lam, Hong Kong’s beloved yoga instructor and influencer, who will guide participants through a rejuvenating “Power Yoga” session on the beach. Emi Wong, the Asian fitness sensation, will lead a high-intensity interval training session that promises to torch fat and build muscle amidst the ocean breeze. Get ready to groove with Gun Gun, the acclaimed Thai fitness coach, as he leads a dynamic ” Dance Party” class infused with infectious pop and Latin music rhythms. Dive into a world of wellness and fitness with more big names including Singapore’s flow yoga expert Jyan, Taiwan’s Zumba masterJ-Lin, the experienced yogi duo Ankie and Rosemary, vinyasa flow yoga instructors Tee, Cherry, and Jay of the “Thai Trio”, and Martha Collard, gong master and founder of the renowned wellness and sound healing studio Red Doors.

Beyond the star-studded lineup, the diversity of activities is another highlight. Most training sessions are designed to cater to all levels. From the “Wellfest Stage” offering diverse fitness, yoga and wellness classes to the “Ocean Yoga” zone for holistic mind-body relaxation and the dynamic “Fit District” for vibrant fitness and dance workouts, there’s something for everyone. Don’t miss the unique stand-up paddleboard yoga experience at the “SUP Yoga” zone, where you can find balance and harmony on the water. Families with kids are in for a treat at the “hush!
