The Civil Protection Operations Centre (COPC) has informed that, in consequence of the flood level reaching 1 meter or above in some areas of the Inner Harbour, the CEM will enforce power outages for the areas of Barra, Patane, Ponte e Horta Square and Inner Harbour.
As previously mentioned by COPC, these power outages aim to prevent major damage to the electric network and facilitate the resumption of power supply as soon as the flood water recedes.
