Project at A10 plot concluded, adding 728 more housing units to Zone A

The construction of the public housing project on Plot A10 in the Zone A reclamations has been completed, the Public Construction Bureau (DSOP) announced on its website.
The works, which spanned over three years and five months, have been provisionally accepted by the DSOP and are now undergoing final inspection.
According to the DSOP, the project covers an area of 4,960 square meters, with 32 floors above ground level and three basement levels.
It will provide 728 residential units, public parking, commercial spaces, and support facilities.
The building is part of a larger development that also includes Plots A4, A5, A6 and A11, where similar-style buildings are or were being built.
Last month, two other developments (Plots A4 and A11) were also said to have completed construction and entered the final stage of inspection before allowing residents to move in.
In total, these developments will provide 4,088 public housing units.
In February this year, two other developments on Plots A2 and A12 also completed construction, collectively adding about 2,054 residential units to Macau’s new urban area. RM
