Secretary for Security tours departments to assess working conditions

Chan Tsz King, the Secretary for Security, conducted visits across multiple frontline departments under his supervision following a leadership meeting on October 20, 2025. Over two weeks, Chan inspected key facilities, including the Interdepartmental Joint Action Command Center, Maritime Command Center, Cybersecurity Incident Alert and Response Center, among others. According to his office’s statement, he engaged in direct dialogue with frontline personnel to understand their challenges and suggestions. During the inspection, Chan highlighted the crucial role security forces play in safeguarding Macau’s national security and public order, urging all staff to remain united, professional, and dedicated in their mission to protect citizens’ lives and property.
