UM welcomes new scholars for 2025/26 academic year

The University of Macau (UM) has expanded its academic team with 76 local and international scholars for the 2025/26 academic year. The group includes early-career researchers and established academics specializing in fields such as artificial intelligence, pharmacoeconomics, genomics, and behavioral finance. Affiliations with institutions like Stanford, Tsinghua, and the National University of Singapore bring diverse expertise. At a welcome reception, Rector Yonghua Song emphasized UM’s mission of advancing education and research while deepening ties with Macau, the Greater Bay Area, and beyond.
