Conrad features pink inspired menu

Conrad Macao, Cotai Central will hold its annual Pink Inspired campaign with a series of pink experiences and collectibles available throughout October in support of Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s (HKCF) Pink Revolution campaign.

The hotel’s award-winning signature restaurant Dynasty 8 is offering a special pink menu as part of the campaign.

The restaurant, this month, offers a dim sum platter, available for lunch, which features an array of dumplings in pink including “steamed pink lotus seed paste bun” and “steamed pink siu mai pork dumpling with crab row.”

A “steamed pink hark with conpoy” and “lobster dumpling with golden pomegranate pearls is also presented in the platter.

For the mains, the restaurant curated dishes that also hints the color pink including chill red vegetable roll with spicy sesame sauce, poached red amaranth with dry sakura shrimp and conpoy in superior soup that is served in the restaurant that brings the old world China charm.

This pink inspired menu available throughout October – price includes a donation to the campaign.

A Pink Cooking Class at Dynasty 8 will also be held on Oct. 13 and 27, where guests will learn how to make pink dim sum.

On Oct. 11, a Pink Inspired Charity Lunch that features a panel discussion with guests who will give inspirational talk,

The series of limited time pink experiences and collectibles available from Oct. 1-31 include a Pink Inspired Afternoon Tea at The Lounge, where guests can choose between a deluxe or a premium set, which offers a choice of either two glasses of Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne or two pink cocktails or mocktails, coffee or tea plus an exclusive signature Conrad Pink Bear. Both sets include a MOP30 donation.

At Grand Orbit, a pink designed dessert buffet for lunch and dinner is available throughout October. Grand Orbit will also donate MOP5 to the Fund if guests wear pink on Friday dinner buffets, while a discretionary MOP10 charitable donation will be added to guest bills every Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner.

This is the seventh year Conrad Macao, now as a HKCF Ruby Sponsor, has again pledged to donate a portion of its Pink Inspired proceeds to benefit Pink Revolution, an annual campaign that raises public awareness and funds for its free breast cancer care services.

As a statement of support the hotel, along with all its floral arrangements and decorations, and even external lighting, will be turned into a pink palace.

They will also be supporting Associação de Feliz Paraíso, a local charitable organization established in 2014 by cancer patients, their family members and local medical professionals here in Macao that provides cancer education to local communities.” Lynzy Valles, MDT
