DSAL and Sands China launch ‘hire-first, then train’ program

The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) has partnered with Sands China to launch the “Passenger Services Integrated Talent Development Program,” offering six supervisor trainee positions under a “hire-first, then train” model. The 27-month program includes cross-departmental training, vehicle management, English language courses, and professional certifications. High-performing trainees may be promoted to supervisor roles with corresponding salary adjustments. Online applications are open from June 26 to July 5. Eligible applicants will be invited to an information session on July 14.
