Flat Iron Steak Brings Premium, Family-Friendly Dining to Macau

Following its remarkable success across Hong Kong, Flat Iron Steak has officially arrived in Macau with a new permanent location at Studio City Macau. This marks the brand’s first permanent location outside Hong Kong and represents Hidden Gem Restaurants’ first permanent restaurant in Macau, bringing the brand’s signature combination of premium steaks, generous portions, and exceptional value to a new audience.

Located on Level 1 of Studio City Macau, the new restaurant has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind. For the first time, Flat Iron Steak introduces a dedicated children’s menu, creating a genuinely family-friendly dining destination that perfectly complements Studio City’s extensive family attractions, including its popular water park and entertainment offerings. Hotel guests at Studio City will also receive an exclusive discount, making it an even more attractive option for visitors staying at the resort.

At the heart of the menu are Flat Iron Steak’s celebrated signature cuts. Diners can choose from the Flat Iron Steak or Gaucho Steak, available at lunch and dinner service. For those seeking larger sharing options, the Center Cut Tenderloin, T-Bone, and Tomahawk are perfectly designed for family meals and group gatherings. Additional favourites such as the Wagyu Short Rib offer gourmets even more ways to enjoy premium beef.

The new children’s menu represents an exciting development for the brand. Younger diners can choose from Mini Burgers, Breaded Chicken Fingers, Sauteed Fish & Vegetables, or Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce. Each children’s meal includes a choice of side, soft drink, and fruit skewer, ensuring even the littlest guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Further reinforcing the brand’s accessible approach to premium dining, diners can enjoy an Executive Set Lunch featuring a choice of Flat Iron Burger, Lemon Brown Butter Chicken, or Flat Iron Steak, served with salad, fries, and a drink.

In celebration of the Macau launch, Flat Iron Steak is introducing a special opening promotion starting. For one month, guests can enjoy the Rangers Station Angus Tomahawk served alongside salad, fries, and brandy peppercorn sauce, subject to availability while stocks last.

The restaurant will also offer its signature weekly promotions, including T-Bone Tuesday, Pasta Slut Wednesday, and Tomahawk Thursday. Highlights include discounts on T-Bone steaks on Tuesdays, discounts on Tomahawk steaks on Thursdays, and unlimited pasta alongside Flat Iron Steak and salad during Pasta Slut Wednesday. A daily Happy Hour features discounts on house wines and beers.
