IC accepting applications for catering services for concert in late December

The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) announced that it will accept applications from local catering providers to supply light food and beverage services for a concert at the Outdoor Performance Venue.

The IC aims to create a list of catering providers that can supply these services to concertgoers for the event on Dec. 27.

Applications can be submitted from now until 5:45 p.m. on Dec. 10 with no application fee, the IC said in a press statement.

In total, the IC is seeking operators of six food and beverage counters to provide light meals during the concert. Each selected applicant will operate one food and beverage counter on the day of the concert on a self-financing basis and will be responsible for any licensing applications and other matters in accordance with current laws.

Application regulations can be found on the IC’s website (icm.gov.mo).

Applicants may submit their applications in person at the IC headquarters during office hours or by mail during the application period.

The judging panel will select candidates based on criteria including the feasibility and completeness of the operational plan and its compatibility with the outdoor performance atmosphere; the diversity of the light meal menu; the reasonableness of the pricing and its appropriateness for the event; the aesthetics and practicality of the on-site setup; and the experience of team members in operating and managing catering services.
