LRT Taipa Line services resume after brief delay

Driverless Light Rapid Transit (LRT) services experienced a short delay yesterday afternoon due to a train fault. The affected two-car train was en route to the Taipa Ferry Terminal on the Taipa Line. Service resumed gradually at about 2:16 p.m. and was quickly restored, the Macao Light Rapid Transit Corporation (MLM) confirmed. Media reports noted that operations returned to normal to minimize inconvenience. MLM expressed appreciation for commuters’ patience during the disruption, which briefly interrupted service on the city’s only rail line.
