Pearl Metropolitan apartments near completion

The Pearl Metropolitan, has reached the final stages of completion in Lot P of the new reclamation area in Areia Preta.

Currently undergoing acceptance checks, the development is expected to open soon for eligible applicants to visit and view the flats they have selected, according to a statement from the Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR).

Lot P comprises six residential blocks with a total of 2,064 flats.

Each building features four elevators, while all units come with balconies and built-in kitchen appliances.

The MUR noted that the windows are equipped with triple-layer reinforced energy-saving glass for thermal and sound insulation, adding that the project is the first in the city to use fall-proof steel cables.

The development also offers 1,873 parking spaces for cars and 490 for motorcycles, with all car spaces equipped with charging points.

Community amenities include a clubhouse, an outdoor swimming pool, recreational facilities, and landscaped green areas to promote an active and engaging environment.

To further improve accessibility, two new 24-meter-wide public roads with four lanes and pedestrian pathways have been added to the site.
