The Philippine Consulate General in Macau has announced the postponement of the repatriation flight scheduled on January 25 in view of “technical challenges on the part of our service providers.”
The consulate noted that it will continue to closely coordinate with all concerned stakeholders to secure the earliest possible flight for Filipinos in Macau, while ensuring the safety and health of passengers during the repatriation flight and the compliance with standing health protocols upon their arrival in the Philippines. Covid-19 cases in the Philippines continue to surge from the end-of-year holiday period.
