Shop rents dip slightly in Q1

The average shop rent fell 0.9% quarter-on-quarter to MOP 485 per square meter in the first quarter of 2025, while office and industrial rents dropped 1.3% and 0.2% respectively, according to the Statistics and Census Service. Residential rents rose 0.4% to MOP138. By district, Baixa de Macau saw a 3.7% drop in shop rents, while NAPE recorded a 0.4% rise. Compared to Q1 2024, residential rents climbed 4.5%, whereas shop, office, and industrial rents declined
