The Manor and The St. Regis Bar at The St. Regis Macao have been recognized for outstanding wine selections at the 2022 China’s Wine List of the Year Awards, announced recently in Shanghai.
The Manor was awarded China’s Wine List of The Year 2022 – Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
As custodian of this wining list, the awards were also announced for The Manor – China’s ‘Outstanding Sommelier’ of the Year – Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, to David Duan; China’s Outstanding F&B Director/Manager/Owner of the Year – Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, to Marcus Van Der Meer; and Best Wine List – Macau, to The Manor.
China’s Wine List of the Year also appraises winners of three award categories – the ‘One Glass’, ‘Two Glasses’ or ‘Three Glasses’ ranking in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, with The St. Regis Bar awarded ‘Two Glasses’.
The Wine List of the Year Awards were established in 1994 to recognize and reward the best quality wine lists in hospitality, with China’s Wine List of the Year Awards launched in 2012.
