Don’t miss Macau’s first ever artistic swimming mega event, the “Artistic Swimming Elite Extravaganza & Macao Open Artistic Swimming Competition 2023” presented by MGM and organized by the Swimming Association of Macao, China, with the support of the Sports Bureau of Macao SAR Government and Macao Artistic Swimming Team.
The highlight of the three-day gala will be the “Elite Extravaganza” featuring star-studded performances by top-tier athletes from China’s National Artistic Swimming Team, Beijing Artistic Swimming Team, and Sichuan Artistic Swimming Team at the opening (June 24) and closing ceremony (June 25). In recent years, China’s national artistic swimming team has risen to great heights on the international stage. Shi Haoyu, Yang Shuncheng and Dai Shiyi, recently won gold medals in the Mixed Duet Free Routine, and Men’s and Women’s Solo Free Routine Categories respectively at the World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup, will put on spectacular performances at the event before they strive to compete in the next Olympic Games.
In addition, a total of around 180 athletes from all over the country will converge in Macau to compete at the “Open Artistic Swimming Competition”. Undoubtedly, alongside the elite extravaganza, this event will be the largest of its kind in Macau in the past two decades.
