MGM Macau awarded “family-friendly employer” by Women’s General Association

02MGM Macau was awarded the “Family-Friendly Employers” accolade under the  “Corporations” category of the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme, hosted by the Women’s General Association of Macau, and co-organized by the Social Welfare Bureau and the Women’s Commission, and was the only hotel property in Macau to have received the recognition.
The “Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme 2014” award ceremony was held on October 23 at the Macau Tower. The scheme aims to promote family-friendly culture within businesses in Macau, to arouse public attention to the importance of work-family balance, and to encourage corporations to implement relevant measures.

We care about the well-being of our team members, and part of that is to help them strike a balance between taking care of their families and giving their best at work.  We will always uphold the work-family balance among our teams, and from that, to create a harmonious and spirited experience.”
