Corporate Bits | LMF, Gabriel O Pensador and Blademark perform at Venetian Macao

The-Script-Road-Concert_09-resizedHong Kong’s LMF, gab-gifted Gabriel o Pensador from Brazil and Macau’s Blademark performed at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Arena Saturday as part of The Script Road Concerts.
LMF, with the songs “Little Traitor” and “LMF”, Gabriel O Pensador with “Até Quanto” (“Until When”) and Blademark with “One5 OneO” came together for a hip-hop-heavy triple bill for the 4th annual Macau Literary Festival. The festival highlights Macau’s position as an important platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries.
Sponsoring The Script Road Concerts is part of Sands China Ltd.’s ongoing contribution to the development of arts and culture in Macau.
This Script Road Concerts is a musical event that is part of the 4th annual Script Road – Macau Literary Festival which continues the tradition of curating a daring program of independent music from Chinese-speaking and Portuguese-speaking artists as well as from international stars and home-grown talent from Macau.

“Now you see me 2” shoots scenes at Venetian and Sands Macao

now-you-see-me10The action thriller film “Now You See Me 2,” produced by Lionsgate’s Summit Entertainment label and slated for a June 10, 2016 release in theatres around the world, shot scenes over the last several days on location at The Venetian Macao and Sands Macao. The film, a sequel to the 2013 Summit Entertainment hit “Now You See Me” that grossed more than USD350 million at the global box office, stars Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Lizzy Caplan, Dave Franco, Daniel Radcliffe, Jay Chou, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman.
Sands China Ltd. brought the Hollywood production and its stars to Macau as its latest move to further promote the city as an international tourist destination.
