Corporate Bits | MGM to launch easter dining activities

This Easter, MGM Macau and MGM Cotai will hold an array of festive activities from brunch and afternoon teas to magician’s performances and egg-painting workshops.

At MGM Macau, Rossio and Aux Beaux Arts will present lunch buffet and afternoon tea buffet respectively between April 19 and 21, offering guests the chance to celebrate Easter at the iconic Grande Praça.

Meanwhile, Grill 58 at MGM Cotai will offer a brunch set on April 20 and 21 with a magical performance to complement. On offer are teppan grilled tiger prawns, grilled Kintoa pork ribs, as well as grilled dry-aged U.S. beef short rib, and many others.

For those who fancy Californian dishes, Coast has prepared a festive feast set menu designed to be shared by two. On top of a magic show, Coast has other activities planned, such as face painting and guess the weight of the giant Easter egg games.

Meanwhile, Janice Wong MGM will host a ‘Chocolate Egg Painting Workshop’ and Pastry Bar at MGM Macau will serve ‘adorable Easter-themed pastries,’ such as an earl gray-flavor Easter Bunny.

Sofitel Macau to host series of egg-themed events

Sofitel Macau will be hosting a series of Easter egg-themed events on the day of Easter, according to a statement from the hotel operator.

Guests can first enjoy an assortment of egg specialties at Mistral Restaurant’s Easter brunch buffet, which offers the classic Egg Benedict with rich and silky Hollandaise Sauce and a choice of different ingredients filling. Other popular dishes on offer include garlic herb roasted chicken, honey glazed ham, lamb roulade with red wine sauce.

Meanwhile, Le Chinois Cantonese Restaurant is offering the “King of the Sea” set menu, which features steamed Boston lobster with fresh and fried garlic, paired with trio of appetizers.

Families can also head over to the north terrace and participate in an array of Easter games.
