The Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) has received international recognition after winning first place in the “Best Intaglio Stamp” category at the World’s Best Stamps 2025 competition. The award was given for its “Rare Animals in China” souvenir sheet, which features the black-faced spoonbill, a nationally protected species. The design combines realistic and freehand artistic styles and uses intaglio printing techniques to highlight fine feather details and create a three-dimensional visual effect. This year, the competition received 195 entries from 66 countries and regions.
