The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) is urging local residents planning to travel to Canada, Mexico and the United States for the FIFA World Cup 2026 to make arrangements in advance and closely monitor local developments to ensure personal safety. The tournament will be held from June 11 to July 19 across the three host countries.  MGTO advised travelers and those already abroad for the event to safeguard travel documents and personal belongings, avoid high-risk or unsafe areas, and strictly comply with local laws and public order requirements.
