England and Wales will meet at Twickenham on May 29 in a warm-up before leaving for rugby tours in the southern hemisphere of Australia and New Zealand respectively.
In announcing their full or partial fixtures lists for next year, England and Wales noted the capped test will be only two months after they meet in the Six Nations, also at Twickenham.
Wales will play 14 times next year, including four tests in the autumn, starting with Australia’s opening bid for a first Grand Slam of the home nations in 32 years. That match on Nov. 5 will be outside the international test window, as will be the possible Grand Slam decider against England on Dec. 3, which England said was still subject to a final agreement with the Premiership clubs.
Australia will play five tests on five consecutive Saturdays, including one against France in Paris.
The All Blacks were confirmed to play Ireland at Lansdowne Road on Nov. 19, two weeks after the teams were expected to meet at Soldier Field in Chicago. That match was still to be confirmed. AP
