Tamagnini Barbosa market launches tender for seven food stalls

The Tamagnini Barbosa Market is inviting bids for seven first-floor food stalls as part of its 16-stall food plaza revitalization. Operators can offer specialty cuisines or nostalgic snacks, excluding strong-smelling items such as snail noodles and stinky tofu. Stalls range from 11.4–19.8 sqm, with monthly rents of MOP1,197–2,079. Daily operations must run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Evaluation criteria cover business strategy (45%), experience (30%), and product diversity (15%). Public briefing sessions will be held April 13–15.
