The Painter’s Afternoon Tea set 2.0 returns to Mandarin Oriental Macau’s Vida Rica Bar. Curated by Executive Pastry Chef Sebastien Bernis and Chef de Cuisine Marco De Boni, this delectable sweet and savoury masterpiece is complemented with beverages or tea.
Chefs create the masterpiece with ingredients and condiments right on the table directly in front of guest instead of serving the tea set on a typical tiered stand. Highlights on the menu include Summer Delight- an array of Strawberry Inspiration, Fresh Berries, Vanilla Chiffon and Marshmallow, as well as Curry Chicken Sandwich with Dill Cream Cheese.
