This weekend Sands China is once again bringing top entertainment to town. Katy Perry takes the stage at the Cotai Arena for two back-to-back concert nights Friday and Saturday. Sunday morning the “fight of the century” will be broadcast to sports fans via exclusive live feeds at the Bellini Lounge and Venetian Ballroom

Two concert nights from global superstar Katy Perry plus exclusive live feeds of boxing’s “fight of the century” – Mayweather vs. Pacquiao – will take place from today until Sunday at the Venetian Macao.
First up is pop music phenomenon Katy Perry, who takes the Cotai Arena stage tonight and Saturday night, bringing her highly acclaimed “The Prismatic World Tour” to Macau. Then on Sunday, sports fans can watch the Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao bout at the Bellini Lounge and Venetian Ballroom – the only venues in Macau with access to the live closed circuit feed of one of the most anticipated boxing showdowns in the history of the sport.
“This weekend, Sands China is once again doing one of the things it does best – and that’s bringing the absolute brightest stars in the world of entertainment to Macau for the enjoyment of both locals and visitors,” said Dave Horton, senior vice president and global chief marketing officer of Las Vegas Sands and Sands China. “Diversification of the tourism industry continues to be a focal point of the company, and our multi-tiered entertainment strategy is a key part of that focus. Macau has another action packed weekend of entertainment ahead as it steadily strengthens its position as a world center of tourism and leisure, and as Asia’s destination for business and leisure travellers.”
Katy Perry tickets start at MOP380 while tickets for the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao live feed start at MOP200.
According to the company, “more entertainment is still on the way though.” Sands China is reporting “a very positive response to ticket sales” for the musical Beauty and the Beast, which makes a limited run at The Venetian Theatre June 13-July 26, “building on the success of CATS,” which played to enthusiastic audiences March 6-15.
