Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace hosted vibrant Chinese New Year celebrations this week, featuring dragon and lion dances, firecracker displays, and traditional ceremonies to welcome the Year of the Snake and share prosperity wishes with residents and visitors.

The celebrations began on February 3 at Wynn Macau and continued on February 4 at Wynn Palace, with Linda Chen, president and vice chairman of Wynn Macau, leading the eye-dotting ceremonies to symbolize good fortune for the year ahead. At both resorts, lion dance teams performed to rhythmic drumbeats, igniting firecrackers to officially welcome the New Year.

Visitors were drawn to attractions like the “Tree of Prosperity” and “Goldfish Aquarium,” while lively performances added to the festive atmosphere. As part of the celebrations, Wynn also participated in the “Parade for Celebration of the Year of the Snake” on January 31, showcasing a carnival-themed float adorned with traditional symbols of wealth and prosperity. Wynn plans to continue its celebrations with another parade on February 8.
