An exclusive French gourmet dinner took place at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, City of Dreams Macau, last week, with the renowned chef Alain Ducasse guiding his team in showcasing his culinary philosophy through a wine pairing menu.
Chef Ducasse, a prominent figure in French cuisine, oversees nearly 30 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide.
Alain Ducasse at Morpheus earned two Michelin stars in 2019 and maintains this recognition in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025.
The evening offered a refined culinary and artistic experience, with live performances including a harp and violin duet, as well as a saxophone and vocals by singer-songwriter Phil Lam.
Guests enjoyed a five-course French meal, curated by Chef Ducasse and chef Cedric Satabin, while Ducasse shared insights into his creative inspirations.
