Chef Tam’s Seasons and Broth honored in Trip.Best Gourmet Awards

Two signature restaurants from Wynn have been recognized in the Trip.Best Gourmet Awards 2024 by Trip.Gourmet, the leading food travel guide by Trip.com.

For their cuisine and guest dining experience, Chef Tam’s Seasons at Wynn Palace and Broth by André Chiang at Mizumi Wynn Macau garnered the “Diamond” award and the “Platinum” award, respectively.

Chef Tam’s Seasons, helmed by Chef Tam Kwok Fung, serves a seasonal menu inspired by the 24 solar terms of traditional Chinese wisdom and also offers tea and Chinese wine pairings to celebrate the region’s rich history and culture.

The restaurant has received a number of awards within its debut year, including one Michelin star and the only entry from Macau to be ranked on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024.

Broth by André Chiang, helmed by Chef André Chiang, presents a personalized hot pot experience that fuses Chinese culinary traditions, Pan-Asian varieties, and French precision.

Eight signature broths are being served at the restaurant, each claiming to be an elevated hot pot experience of fresh ingredients and homemade treats.
