A group of celebrity foodies came together at “North,” the signature Chinese restaurant at The Venetian Macao last week to welcome the Year of the Monkey with a feast of regional dishes, according to a press release.
Renowned food critic Chua Lam; Raymond Guo, president of Rimowa China; professional boxer Zou Shiming and his wife Ran Yingying, a former CCTV TV host; Weijia Li, celebrity TV host on Hunan TV and other celebrity guests attended the gathering.
The senior chef of “North,” Ken Xu, prepared the range of decadent dishes from the Gongbei region of China.
“North” features a variety of traditional cuisines from Dongbei and Sichuan and features live preparation and cooking of numerous dishes.
