Sands China Ltd. will pay a discretionary bonus to all eligible full-time team members on January 31, the gaming operator announced in a statement.
A discretionary bonus equivalent to one month’s pay will be paid to non-management team members who have been with the company for one year or more. A discretionary bonus will also be paid to all
management team members based on the company’s Management Incentive Plan.
In addition, the company is adjusting the wages of eligible team members
effective from March 1.
An increase in wages of MOP 600 per month will be paid to eligible full-time team members who earn MOP13,000 or less per month (before tax); while eligible full-time team members earning monthly salaries above MOP13,000 will receive a 2.5 percent pay rise.

Tesla gets green light to start delivering model 3 in Europe
Tesla Inc. was cleared to begin delivering its Model 3 sedans across Europe, according to Dutch vehicle authority RDW.
Deliveries should start in February and, as happened in the U.S., the first sales in Europe will be for the Model 3 Long Range Battery variant, according to Tesla.
Starting Model 3 deliveries in Europe is a key priority for Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk. He’s pointed to sales of the sedan in Europe and China as a main reason he isn’t concerned about any potential setback caused by the U.S. federal tax credit toward Tesla purchases halving to USD3,750 as of Jan. 1.
The company also said in its third-quarter shareholder letter that, “The mid-sized premium sedan market in Europe is more than twice as big as the same segment in the U.S.”
