Corporate Bits | I want music “cool” concert takes the stage at Venetian Macao

IWMP_poster_mo_TCSeven groups of pop singers and bands from mainland China, Taiwan and Korea will jointly take to the stage at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Arena Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, for the I Want Music “COOL” concert in Macau.
I Want Music “COOL” concert kicked off in Shenzhen in March and attracted a sellout crowd. Featuring Leehom Wang and Bii from Taiwan; Wei Chen, Hu Xia, Chopsticks Brothers – Xiao Yang and Wang Taili from mainland China; B1A4 and Shin Hye-sung from Korea, the Macau stop of the all-star concert continues to combine production, performance line-up and stage design, drawing a visual impact for the audience.
Tickets for the 8 p.m. performance of I Want Music “COOL” concert at the Cotai Arena go on sale today.

 

Kyong Hoon (Daniel) Chong_low reskorean delicacies at grand orbit

Conrad Macao is welcoming Chef de Partie Mr. Kyonghoon Chong (Daniel) from Conrad Seoul who will be special guest chef at Grand Orbit restaurant from 19-29 September. A Korean national, Chef Chong has more than eight years of culinary experience in Korea, China, Indonesia and the United States, where he worked for many five-star luxury hotel restaurants including the past two years at Conrad Seoul.
A highlight of his career was winning a Bronze Award at the 2012 International Food Fair from the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). In addition he also won 1st Award at the Local Food Cooking Contest from Gu-Ri City.
During the Korean buffet food promotion at Grand Orbit, Chef Chong will be preparing authentic Korean soups and hot and cold dishes such as Bulgogi (Grilled Korean BBQ), Kalbi JJim (Braised Beef Short ribs), Modum Jeon (Assorted Korean Pancakes) and of course traditional Kimchi.
