Four Seasons Macao brings Chengdu flavors to Zi Yat Heen

Four Seasons Hotel Macao will host chefs from Chengdu’s The Bridge at its Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant Zi Yat Heen for a two-night four-hands dining event Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.
Executive Chinese Chef Anthony Ho will join Chef André Chiang and Chef Sean Li for an eight-course menu combining Cantonese cuisine with Chengdu flavors as part of the Zi Yat Heen Masters Series.
The menu will showcase the chefs’ distinct approaches to traditional Chinese cuisine, with a curated wine pairing featuring selections from Il Borro, a Tuscan estate owned by the Ferragamo family.
The event is part of Four Seasons Hotel Macao’s ongoing culinary program, which brings guest chefs and restaurants to the property for collaborative dining experiences.
Chiang said the event would provide an opportunity to explore culinary connections between Chengdu and Macau, while highlighting the contrasting characteristics of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine.
