Galaxy Macau launched “Timeless Flavors of Macau,” a new initiative that highlights the resort’s dedication to supporting local SMEs and preserving Macau’s UNESCO status as a Creative City of Gastronomy.
The series kicks off with a collaboration between Waso Cafe and the century-old preserve company, Tong Iec Pak Fa Fui, offering dishes like “Pork Ribs with Five Preserved Vegetables” and drinks like “Preserved Plum and Mulberry Herbal Tea.”
Additionally, Galaxy Macau showcases regional Chinese cuisines and premium tea pairings, including a special tea workshop on May 15, led by a national champion tea sommelier.
The resort also highlights Fujian cuisine with Chef Ng Man Kin’s seasonal specialties and Hotel Okura Macau’s Sakura-themed menu, offering a vibrant taste of spring through both sweet and savory dishes.
