Innovative treatments blending Chinese medicine and modern science at Four Seasons

The Four Seasons Hotel spa introduces “001 Skincare London” by Ada Ooi, blending Chinese medicine with modern science through a “Unique Transdermal Waterzyme Release” skincare system, aimed at “personalized, effective skincare solutions,” a statement from the Cotai hotel reads.

The system melds “Bespoke Hydro-Complex” and “Bespoke Lipo-Complex” to address natural ageing and hormonal changes, “revitalizing cell communication and skin balance using proven actives and antioxidants.”

The Four Seasons note  says “the products target both internal imbalances and external skin issues, extending benefits post-treatment.”

Four specially formulated massage oils, based on traditional Chinese medicine, “promote holistic wellness.”

The products, infused with Eastern herbs and modern patented substances, are vegan-friendly, ethically produced and packaged sustainably, the note adds.

Exclusively at The Spa, two new treatments are offered this fall. Medic Brush-Cup and Gua Sha Tension Release “utilizes dry brush, glide cupping and microSculpt gua sha technique to relieve longstanding physical and mental tension, enhancing blood circulation and muscle flexibility.”

The Bespoke microSculpt® Medic Gua Sha Facial, “a clever fusion of gua sha, acupressure and lymphatic drainage, rejuvenates facial contours using tailored formulations of patented actives and botanicals, known among the A-List for its visible lifting effects, making it a preferred choice for high-profile events.”
