
Melco Resorts & Entertainment employees recently received recognition for their professional skills at the 2025 “Shenhe Cup” Vocational Skills Competition.
The event aims to promote vocational skills in Macau, Zhuhai and Hengqin region.
Melco team members earned top awards in both culinary and front desk categories. In the Western Cuisine Culinary Competition, Kim Hoi of The Tasting Room won first place, while Jerome Guo of L’attitude took third.
In the Front Desk Operation Competition, Devin Liu from Studio City placed fourth, and Studio City received the Outstanding Organization Award.
The competitions involved around 70 and nearly 100 contestants, respectively.
Akiko Takahashi, executive vice president and chief of staff to Melco Chairman & CEO, said, “Their success reflects not only individual talent and professionalism, but also the strength of collaboration and teamwork across our teams. […] We will continue supporting the SAR government’s ‘1+4’ strategy for diversification development and economic diversification.”
