As the Lunar New Year nears, MGM continues its tradition of community support, organizing events benefiting over 3,100 individuals, including seniors, students, and people with disabilities. Key initiatives included the 11th annual “Spring Clean for Love,” providing home cleaning services for 220 elderly residents, and distributing hand-knitted scarves and gift packs to 14 social welfare organizations.
Intergenerational activities like the “Calligraphy Workshop” and “Songs for Spring Festival” brought students and seniors together. MGM’s Golden Lion Volunteer Team entertained seniors with classic songs, lion dance performances, and festive couplets.
Additionally, MGM’s charity haircut program offered free grooming sessions to over 150 seniors, with support from local students.
These efforts aim to enhance social harmony, encourage youth engagement, and foster a spirit of care for the elderly as the city welcomes the Year of the Snake.
