Nestled in MGM MACAU’s VIP Lobby, which resembles a garden with colossal emerald walls and gold-leaf ceiling to mimic the golden sunlight, Imperial Court greets its guests with a feast for the eyes – stunning floral arrangement, art installations, and auspicious clouds patterned carpet. In the center of the dining room stands a marble column of a masterfully carved dragon, which symbolizes power and good fortune, both are attributes fit for the majestic crowd. Inspired by its name, the interior design recreates a dining experience that fuses millennia-old culinary treasure that is elevated with contemporary twists to tempt modern-day gourmands.

Surrounding the grand dining room are six private dining rooms made for all occasions. Each private dining room adopts a color theme that is reflected through a Liuli centerpiece, showpieces and graceful carpets. Spaces are partitioned with hidden floor-to-ceiling dividers, creating the perfect intimate space for guests to discover the true gems of Lingnan delights.

As an indispensable part of the dining table, the double boiled “Braised Abalone and Shredded Chicken with Saffron Chicken Broth” would be a great staple to start the meal.
