Melco Resorts & Entertainment organized a special screening of the animated film Ne Zha 2 at Studio City Cinema, inviting local families and children through community organizations such as Sheng Kung Hui Macau and the Young Men’s Christian Association of Macau (YMCA).
The screening was part of Melco’s “Splendors of China” initiative, aimed at promoting traditional Chinese culture.
Ne Zha 2, the first Chinese film to surpass RMB10 billion in box office revenue, combines mythology with modern storytelling, exploring themes of identity, love, and compassion.
Melco’s Volunteer Team attended the event with their children as part of the company’s “Teaching Children Values” program, which promotes youth development.
A second screening, in collaboration with the Women’s General Association of Macau, is scheduled for March 8 and will include an early education session for attendees.
