Melco Resorts & Entertainment held the “Macao Orchestra Meet the Musicians” event recently as part of its ongoing efforts to support youth development in Macau.
The initiative welcomed students, educators, and families from local music associations and community groups for an interactive session with members of the Macao Orchestra.
Participants had the opportunity to engage with professional musicians including Assistant Conductor Tony Cheng-Te Yeh, Principal Timpani David Burns, and percussionists Chang Hio Man and Fung Chan Chi Wai.
The event provided young attendees with firsthand insight into professional musicianship and the performing arts.
Melco Board director Clarence Chung emphasized the company’s commitment to nurturing local talent and promoting Macau’s growth as a global arts hub.
The event is part of Melco’s broader youth development program, which aims to inspire future generations through direct exposure to leading professionals in music and the arts.
