MGM to host symphonic ‘Frozen’ concerts for Children’s Day
To mark Children’s Day, the MGM Theater in Cotai will stage two symphonic concerts of Disney’s Frozen on May 31 and June 1.
Performed by the Macau Orchestra under the baton of conductor Tony Cheng-Te Yeh, the show will also feature international vocalists, including original cast members from the Mandarin and English versions of the film.
Audiences will experience live renditions of iconic songs such as “Let It Go” and “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” while scenes from the film are projected on a 900-square-metre screen.
Recognized by Disney last year as an official venue for its concerts in Macau, the MGM Theater presents this performance in collaboration with the Cultural Institute and the Macau Orchestra Society as part of the 2024–25 season.
