MGM to increase salaries for 99% of team members in March

MGM announced that it will implement a salary increment for all eligible team members, effective March 23, in recognition of their contributions.

Under the adjustment, 99% of team members will receive a 2% salary increase. Employees earning MOP16,000 or less per month will receive a standard adjustment of MOP500, representing an increase of 2% to 4.5%.

Pansy Ho, chairperson and executive director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said the company values its employees’ dedication and innovation, adding that the upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan presents new development opportunities for Macau.

MGM is the final gaming operator to announce a salary hike, following the other five operators.

Last year, gaming operators gave an increase of MOP600, MOP100 more than this year for those earning below MOP16,000.
