Sands China Ltd. earned a total of 27 human resources awards in the Asia Pacific region in 2023, in recognition of the company’s efforts in talent development and retention, team member benefits and work-life balance, and team member experience.

Among the accolades, the company was honoured by the prestigious Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Awards 2023 as the winner of the Human Capital Development Initiative Category for the company’s outstanding talent development programme, the Sands Retail Academy.
