Sands Lifestyle launches celebrity chef dining series at The Parisian Macao

Sands Lifestyle has launched its “Celebrity Chefs’ Table” series at The Parisian Macao as part of the property’s 10th anniversary celebrations, bringing together seven acclaimed chefs from Macau, Hong Kong, mainland China and France.
The dining series will run from Aug. 7 to Sept. 13 at Le Cristal Parisian, a glass pavilion offering views of the Eiffel Tower and anniversary drone shows. Each chef will present a six-course tasting menu featuring signature dishes and exclusive creations.
The lineup includes Franco Fong of Macau’s Twelve25, Greg Tao of Hangzhou’s Michelin-starred L’éclat 19, and Hwang Byeonghyen of Hong Kong’s two-Michelin-starred L’Envol. Other participating chefs include Rain Qu, winner of “Chef of China,” Hong Kong chefs Eddy Leung and Ronald Shao, and a Michelin-starred French chef who will conclude the series.
The event aims to showcase contemporary gastronomy through a mix of French techniques, Chinese influences and regional culinary traditions.
