The “2025 GEG Lusofonia Festival” wrapped up with a vibrant two-weekend showcase of the rich artistic traditions and culture of China and Portuguese-speaking countries. This year marked the second year of Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) as co-organizer, partnering with the Cultural Affairs Bureau (ICM) of the Macau SAR Government to deliver a dynamic cultural extravaganza. From traditional performances to cultural booths, gastronomy, and interactive games, the festival offered a platform for cross-cultural exchange, supporting Macau’s positioning as “One Center, One Platform, One Base”.
As part of the 7th “Encounter in Macao – Arts and Cultural Festival between China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries”, GEG and ICM also jointly presented the “GEG Traditional Music and Dance Performance”, which featured music and dance from Lusophone cultures at various locations across the city, including the Diamond Lobby and Crystal Lobby of Galaxy Macau. In addition, GEG is set to support the opening screening of the “China and the Portuguese-speaking Countries Film Festival” at the Galaxy Cinemas in Galaxy Macau on November 14.
