Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau celebrated the 7th International Yoga Day yesterday with a large group yoga session held in the hotel’s lobby.
Organized in partnership with Yoga Light and the Yoga and Sports General Association of Macau, the event drew over 120 participants in support of the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”

The 70-minute Hatha-style practice was led by experienced instructors and aimed to promote mindfulness, health, and community well-being.
Officials and community representatives attended the opening ceremony, including hotel management, yoga instructors, and members of the Indian community in Macau.

The event concluded with a healthy breakfast and participant reflections on yoga’s mental and physical benefits.

Kent Chow, Area Director of Human Resources at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, remarked, “Our hotel has always been a welcoming space for community gatherings, and International Yoga Day is a reflection of our heartfelt commitment to Connect, Care, and Celebrate with those around us.”
