Former police head fined for car accident

The police force has fined the former head of the technology department of the Public Security Forces Affairs Bureau, surnamed Leong,  for driving under the influence of alcohol. Leong was caught on June 25 this year after causing an accident at the Estr. Alm. Marques Esparteiro, resulting in injuries to both his head and hands.
