Four Seasons Hotel Macau is inviting its guests to embark on an extraordinary culinary adventure through its “Hidden Recipes” dining promotion.

The experience spans 13 acclaimed Chinese restaurants in the region and aims to reveal the secrets of Chinese cuisine.

Renowned for his mastery of Cantonese cooking, executive chef Anthony Ho will present his beloved classic recipes at Zi Yat Heen, the award-winning Chinese restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Macau, from Nov. 9 to Dec. 8, inviting guests to explore rich flavors and artistry inspired by his life.

As a classicist in Cantonese cuisine, Chef Ho elegantly blends traditional techniques with modern presentation in his secret recipes. His sautéed Kagoshima A5 wagyu beef cubes with boletus mushroom and black pepper sauce is an exemplary dish.

Drawing inspiration from Thai flavors and spices, he created a Thai-style braised Sri Lankan crab with white pepper, a classic that balances rich flavors with a variety of textures.
