Grand Coloane Resort will stage a themed cultural dining event, “Echoes of India · Taste of Tradition,” on April 18, offering guests an immersive showcase of Indian cuisine, heritage, and entertainment at Café Panorama & Garden Lawn.

Running from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with pre-event activities starting at 4 p.m., the buffet is co-organised with the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong & Macau SAR and features regional specialties, live performances, and interactive cultural workshops.

A lineup of cultural entertainment and interactive activities will also be offered, including dance performances by Sri Shakti Academy of Hong Kong and Hari Om Dance Society of Hong Kong, henna painting,  herb-making workshop, and traditional board games such as Snakes and Ladders and Ludo.

A lucky draw will feature prizes including a deluxe suite stay, a 12-month TEE membership, trial yoga classes for two persons, and dining vouchers worth MOP500.

Grand Coloane Resort general manager Christian Buggelsheim said the initiative underscores the property’s commitment to delivering culturally driven guest experiences that blend dining, community and engagement.

He added that “Echoes of India · Taste of Tradition Dinner Buffet” reflects Grand Coloane Resort’s commitment to creating meaningful experiences that extend beyond dining, bringing culture, community and connection together in a relaxed island setting.

Through the partnership with the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong & Macau SAR, he further noted: “We are pleased to bring the richness of Indian traditions to life in a way that is welcoming, engaging and enjoyable for guests of all ages. It is through moments like these that we hope to encourage guests to slow down, connect with one another, and create memories that feel both personal and lasting.”

Tickets are priced at MOP398 nett for adults and MOP198 nett for children aged 6 to 12. Members of “Take • Eat • Easy” are eligible for a 20% discount, while The Club members receive 15% off.
