MGM Shines in Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026 with Three Diamond‑Rated Restaurants

Aji, showcasing contemporary “Asian Bistronomy” concept, makes its debut on the list as the Black Pearl One‑Diamond Restaurant.

Imperial Court has retained its Black Pearl One‑Diamond distinction for the fourth consecutive year, recognized for its innovative interpretation of traditional Lingnan cuisine.

MGM achieved remarkable success in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026, with three of its signature homegrown brands being recognized on the prestigious list. Aji, showcasing contemporary Asian cuisine, makes its debut on the list as a Black Pearl One‑Diamond Restaurant. Imperial Court and Five Foot Road are once again honored with a One‑Diamond distinction for the fourth and third consecutive years respectively, celebrating their refined interpretations of Lingnan cuisine and traditional Sichuan gastronomy. These accolades reaffirm MGM’s leadership in the premium dining sector and further strengthen Macau’s position as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Kenneth Feng, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said, “MGM’s achievements in this year’s Black Pearl Restaurant Guide reflect the Golden Lion Team’s long‑standing commitment to culinary excellent and innovation. Aji’s first One‑Diamond recognition underscores our forward‑looking approach to Asian contemporary field, while the continued recognition of Imperial Court and Five Foot Road highlights the maturity and consistency of MGM’s premium dining philosophy. MGM will continue to refine guest experiences, enabling them to discover Macau’s distinctive gastronomic appeal through MGM.”

Aji is led by MGM COTAI’s Executive Sous Chef Pan Sihui, whose creations seamlessly blend Asian flavors with enhanced French techniques, embodying the restaurant’s distinctive “Asian Bistronomy” concept; at the helm of Imperial Court, MGM’s Executive Chef of Chinese  Cuisine Homan Tsui draws on over 20 years of culinary experience. He reimagines Lingnan cuisine with modern finesse, embracing Cantonese, Hakka, and Chaozhou traditions, as well as regional flavors from Guangxi, Hainan, and beyond;Five Foot Road showcases Chengdu- Sichuan cuisine under the leadership of Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan. With over four decades of mastery, he elevates tradition through precise craftsmanship, revealing the Sichuan cuisine beyond its fiery reputation.

Five Foot Road presents Chengdu‑style Sichuan cuisine with traditional craftsmanship, and has retained its Black Pearl One‑Diamond distinction for three consecutive years.
