‘SJM Mimi Choo Music Show’: A night of classic tunes

Hosted at the Grand Ballroom of Grand Lisboa Macau on September 29, the ‘SJM Mimi Choo Music Show’ was “a resounding success,” with reports of reaching maximum capacity and a lively atmosphere, according to SJM Resorts.

Fans saw the return of Mimi Choo, a Malaysian-born Hong Kong actress and singer, who is widely recognized in Hong Kong and surrounding Southeast Asia for her work in Hong Kong and Singaporean productions.

Choo performed a list of hit songs, including signature tracks “Leaping in the Spotlight” and “It’s Fate That We Met,” presenting the audience with a sense of nostalgia through these classic tunes.

Choo was also reported to perform with “infectious energy” and engaged in “playful banter” with her fans, creating a memorable experience for those in attendance.

The music show featured Anne Heung as a special guest as well.

The Hong Kong actress, previously crowned Miss Hong Kong in 1998, performed her own songs, including “I Need You Every Minute” and “Dream to Awakening,” receiving a positive response from the audience.
